Job Description / Responsibility
- Undertaking various travel and tourism related tasks using digital technologies.
- Marketing holidays and tour packages to clients via Facebook, Websites.
- Selling holiday and travel products to customers.
- Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules.
- Booking hotel, issuing ticket, printing and emailing ticket from GDS backend using standard GDS command.
- Strategic planning and preparing contents for various Travel Services including Holiday, Flight, Hotel, Visa, Car, Bus, Helicopter rental etc.
- Coordinating with other departments.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, it's better if you have degree on tourism.
- English proficiency with good skill and computer literacy is must.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s).
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 30 years.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment.
- Residence living near Gulahan, Mohakhali, Badda , Rampura, Banashree specially encouraged to apply.
