Job Description / Responsibility

• Plan budget, manage, supervise and evaluate all operations activities like factory operations, Procurement, HR, sales & marketing etc.
• Supervise and control daily operations of factory and corporate office.
• Supervise and analyze manufacturing process including procurement, timely production with maintain product quality and functionality.
• Analyze, forecast and manage operational and maintenance costs.
• Interact with local authority, govt, authority, power Supply Company and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge and expertise on sub-station and related products offer proposal and price quotation.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Reputed University
• (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET, SHAHJALAL UNIVERSITY, NSU, AIUB, BRAC, EAST-WEST, MIST, IUT.
• MBA Degree (Preferable)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 Years in any Reputed Engineering Company.

Additional Job Requirements

• Product Knowledge of all sub-station Equipments with market price
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Supervise existing & new potential customers by regular visits, communicating with clients regarding product.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
• Should have positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
