Qualifications:
- Check and verification of all bills, vouchers to ensure correctness & accuracy.
- Verify and follow-up daily cash and bank (cheque) payments.
- Prepare yearly financial statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet).
- Maintain the fixed assets, LTR & loan ledger manually & software both.
- Conducting periodic audit of store.
- Prepare LC wise Landed costing of imported materials.
- Maintain Party Books & monthly reconcile with them.
- Fund Management.
- Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Subsidiary Ledger of bills receivable and bills payable.
- Petty Cash Management, Advance & IUO management,
- Inventory management.
- Prepare various MIS reports for onward submission to the management as per requirement.
- Ensure safety & security of accounts documents and ensure confidential of information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduates (BBA/Honors) from commerce Background.
- MBA in Accounting or Finance given preferable.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Cash Management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Finance.
Qualifications:
- Age 22 to 35 year(s).
- Experience of working both in Software & Manual system.
- Excellent planning abilities with proficiency in business communication.
- Strong leadership quality with interpersonal skills.
- Sound Knowledge in computer applications.
- Strong communication skill both in English & Bengali.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
