- Motsho Chetona Hatchery:
- Motsho Chetona Hatchery situated in the village-Chetona, Union-Gharialdanga, Thana-Rajarhat, District-Kurigram. Mr. Ishaq Ahmed has established this enterprise in 1998, currently it sells 12 varieties of fish spawn to 30 permanent fish nursery owners, fish farmers and traders in the Kurigram district. There is a large demand for high quality as well as indigenous varieties of spawn in the local and regional markets. Chetona Fish Hatchery, the current market leader in the region, has a noteworthy reputation in the community as well as demonstrable know how and technical capacity and is therefore well positioned to further increase its market share by introducing new fish varieties and expanding its client base
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Treasury Finance and day to day operation support and Reporting : 70% time
- Maintains day to day financial operations and records those in the accounting software "Tally".
- Maintain an efficient financial management system of the enterprise placed in Kurigram.
- Prepare monthly income statement/P&L accounts and balance sheet.
- Maintain the daily cash register and produce daily cash denomination certificate.
- Review and check the bills/invoices and maintain cash voucher of the enterprise.
- Maintain receivable and payable ledger/register.
- Ensure payment to the different parties of office related cost and business cost of the enterprises and update the system accordingly.
- Preparation the Payroll of enterprise staffs and ensure on timely recorded in the systems.
- Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statement.
- Ensure VAT and Tax deduction at source and deposit challans into Govt. treasury on time.
- Provide supports to the internal and external auditors.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly report and send to respective stakeholder.
- Liaison with Bank and financial institution, money exchangers to fulfil the program cash requirements
- Administrative/Logistics/ Documentation: 30% time
- Ensure all procurements procedures as per guidelines.
- Maintain personnel files and leave records.
- Ensure all treasury functions regularly.
- Maintain store/inventory register.
- Ensure all the cash and online payment voucher are stamp paid
- Ensure all the financial documents are in good condition and keep in secure place.
- Dealing with external stakeholders/govt/bank etc.
- Prepare monthly report for UNO submit related documents that are required for NGOAB, NBR and audit trail.
- Support all other employees by providing knowledge to improve their financial prowess.

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance/Accounting).

চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
- Essential:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in providing a whole range of financial services to any organisation, ideally with at least 2 years in NGO/Private companies.
- Knowledge on accounting Software Tally.
- Ability to understand and implement the government tax & vat laws and NGOAB requirement.
- Experience in to manage or work with different Government or Private Banks.
- Self-management including: ability to prioritise own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines.
- Desirable:
- Analytical and planning skill.
- Mindset to work in field level with rural based small and micro enterprises.
- Adaptable and Flexible.
- Proven knowledge of computerised systems and demonstrable experience of working with computerised accounting packages and spreadsheets
- Ability to respond to a variety of questions relating to the job.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
